I was so caught in reading this mystery story that I didn't want to do anything else(like cooking, dishes, cleaning, etc.) until I finished it. THEN, I was a little disappointed by one aspect of the ending, but not enough to rate it with anything other then 5 stars. It was,for the most part,a very satisfying end to a great story and this author has a special talent for writing!!! Bring on more books. They will be read,I am sure.Product details

I had a hard time putting this book down when I started reading. The story is moving and kept me reading late into the night. I can't wait for Cheryl Denton to write her next book.
The story kept me absorbed in the book. 4 stars and not 5 are as a warning about violence at beginning of book. I'm familiar with Cincinnati and enjoyed the city used as the setting for most of story. I remember the Beverly Hills Supper Club fire and felt it might still be too soon to write fiction about the tragedy but felt Mrs Denton did it respectfully.
